Our story begins like many others. Through school and university, we worked hard, earned our degrees, and graduated believing we had done everything right.
Then we entered the workforce.
It quickly became clear that reality did not match expectations. The job market, and the idea of a "career," offered limited choice, minimal leverage, and little control. What initially seemed temporary turned out to be the long-term reality for most people.
As artificial intelligence continued to advance, it became clear these challenges were only increasing.
Seeing this early in our careers forced a decision. Accept it, or change it.
We chose to build the first platform designed to address the unspoken realities of employment and give people real options, real leverage, and control over their professional lives.
People deserve healthier work environments, meaningful choices, and a job search that does not feel like a burden. That is the problem we are here to solve.
