Our Story

People deserve healthier work environments, meaningful choices, and a job search that does not feel like a burden. That is the problem we are here to solve.

We did everything right.
Through school and university, we worked hard, earned our degrees, and graduated believing effort and credentials were enough.

Then we entered the workforce.
Reality did not match expectations. The job market offered limited choice, minimal leverage, and little control — and what seemed temporary turned out to be the long-term reality for most.

AI accelerated the problem.
As artificial intelligence advanced, it became clear these structural challenges were only deepening, not resolving.

We chose to build the first platform designed to address the unspoken realities of employment — giving people real options, real leverage, and control over their professional lives.

Mechanical engineer with experience at Siemens Energy, Pratt & Whitney, and Canadian Nuclear Laboratories. Ibrahim has built his career solving complex engineering and operational challenges, skills he now brings to simplify the careers of millions worldwide.

Ahmed AlAidarous
Co-Founder & CTO
Ahmed's career spans IoT, open-source, and cloud engineering — from building energy-saving systems with Santander to leading cloud projects at Rackspace and Derwaza IT. His experience solving complex technology challenges inspired him to co-found OneApplicant.
